MOBILE
LINKUS MOBILE enables you to access your PHONE PLUS system using your mobile phone
If you lose internet service at your business, your PHONE PLUS system will still answer and direct calls…
however without an internet connection calls will not ring to your business phones.
Simply activate your LinkUs MOBILE app to receive these calls on your mobile phone.
And when internet service is restored, you can easily turn the LinkUs MOBILE app off.
HOW TO BEGIN USING THE PHONE PLUS LinkUs MOBILE APP
1. Fill out the form below to subscribe to PHONE PLUS LinkUs service
2. You’ll receive a Welcome email from PHONE PLUS with complete instructions
3. Download the LinkUs MOBILE app from your app store.
4. Open the app and click on the QR icon in the upper right corner
5. Scan the QR code from your Welcome Email
6. Your mobile phone is now connected to your PHONE PLUS system
HOW TO ACTIVATE THE LinkUs MOBILE APP
1. Open the LinkUs MOBILE app on your mobile phone
2. Press the ‘Me’ icon in the lower right corner
3. Press the arrow next to ‘Settings’
4. Press the arrow next to ‘Presence’
5. Press the arrow next to ‘Available’
6. Scroll down to the ‘Ring First’ section
7. Select ‘LinkUs MOBILE Client’ (a check mark will appear)
8. Click the check mark in the upper right corner (‘Saving’ will appear)
Your mobile phone is now set to ‘Available’ status
To confirm your mobile phone is ringing along with your PHONE PLUS extension…
from another phone, call your business number, enter your extension…
your business phone and mobile phone should both ring.
HOW TO TURN THE LinkUs MOBILE APP OFF
1. Open the LinkUs app on your mobile phone
2. Press the ‘Me’ icon in the lower right corner
3. Press the arrow next to ‘Settings’
4. Press the arrow next to ‘Presence’
5. Press the arrow next to ‘Available’
6. Scroll down to the ‘Ring First’ section
7. Click on ‘LinkUs MOBILE Client’ (the check mark will disappear)
8. Click the check mark in the upper right corner (‘Saving’ will appear)
Your mobile phone is now turned off
To confirm your mobile phone is turned off…
from another phone, call your business number, enter your extension…
your business phone only should ring.
DESKTOP
LINKUS DESKTOP enables you to access your PHONE PLUS system using your desktop computer
You can now take and make calls from your desktop or laptop computer anywhere’s there’s internet.
HOW TO BEGIN USING THE PHONE PLUS LinkUs DESKTOP APP
1. Fill out the form below to subscribe to PHONE PLUS LinkUs service
2. You’ll receive a Welcome email from PHONE PLUS with complete instructions
3. Download the LinkUs DESKTOP app by clicking HERE.
4. Double click on the setup.exe application
5. Click through to the installation finish and you’ll notice a Linkus icon on your desktop
6. Double click the icon to open the LOGIN window
7. Click on the tab on the right that says “Login via Link”
8. Copy and paste the link you received in your Welcome email
9. Verify your email address is correct and click YES
10. Your Linkus DESKTOP phone appears and you’re ready to take and make calls.
