PHONE PLUS Call Recording

To begin, click the PHONE PLUS Manager Portal button at the top of this page.

Once logged in to your PHONE PLUS portal, you will see two tabs: Home and Call History.

On the Home tab, you can scroll down to see today’s call statistics, along with the call statistics of the last two months.

To listen to call recordings, select Call History.

On this tab, you can review past calls.

To download the audio of a specific call to your computer, select the download icon from the available options to the right of your call information.

To listen to a call, select the speaker icon.

Select the Filters button to view calls by date, incoming call phone number, dialed phone number, or missed, outbound, and inbound calls.

To download an excel file of your call log, select the Export button.

Please note, calls are only recorded when both sending and receiving party are on the call together. Missed calls and calls that end in voicemails will not have a recording.

Eleven states require two-party consent: California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington. If you use this service in one of those states, it is your responsibility to train your employees to always tell the other party that they are being recorded.
