Installing an Additional PHONE PLUS Handset

Did you add an extension and received an additional handset?  You’re in the right place!

Did you lose a handset and received a replacement?  You’ll want to go to Replacing a Lost or Broken PHONE PLUS Handset.

To add an additional Yealink handset to your current PHONE PLUS system, you will need to “register” the handset with your current Yealink cordless phone interface.

1. To begin this process, locate the Yealink cordless phone interface (pictured), and hold the wifi button down for ten seconds. The top green light will begin blinking.
2. Go to the main home screen of your handset and select the bottom left button that says Reg. This will register your new handset to the phone interface (if the phone asks for a PIN number, enter 0000). 
3. Make test calls in and out to ensure the new phone(s) have been registered properly. 

Repeat this process to add additional handsets to your PHONE PLUS system.
