Before starting, we suggest you label the phones as they are assigned to extensions (11, 12, 13).

A. Making an outbound call

Dial the telephone and press the bottom green talk button on the left.

B. Answering an incoming call

Press the bottom left talk button (answer).

C. Answer a second call on the same handset
  1. Press the top left button (answer).
  2. To hang up press the bottom red hang up button on the right.
  3. To talk with the original call – press the top right button (Unhold).
D. Place a caller on hold
  1. Press the top right button (options).
  2. Scroll down to HOLD.
  3. Press the center button to select.
  4. Press the top left button (Resume) to talk again.
E. Transfer to another handset extension
  1. Press the top right button (Options).
  2. Press the top right button a second time (Transfer).
  3. Dial the extension number.
  4. Press the top right button a third time (Transfer).
  5. Your call will be transferred to the other handset.
F. Transfer a live caller to UPS 800# or AMAZON 800#

If you are speaking to a caller who needs to speak with UPS or Amazon follow these steps:

  1. Ask the caller to hold while you get them assistance, then you can transfer their call.
  2. Press the TRAN button in the lower left corner.
  3. Dial 10 to transfer to UPS or 20 to transfer to Amazon, then press TRAN.
  4. Press the red hang-up button.
  5. The call will automatically be transferred directly to the UPS 800# or Amazon 800#.
G. Retrieve Voicemail

When callers leave a voicemail message it is sent to your store email as an audio file.
The email will come from Premier@PremierPHONEPLUS.com, and will be labeled from “Premier’.
If you do not see these coming to your main mailbox, please check your spam folder.

H. Adjusting Volumes
  1. Volume while talking to a caller:
    While in a live conversation press the right circle arrow to increase the volume. press the left circle arrow to lower the volume.
  2. Volume of the ringer when a call is coming in:
    While NOT in a live conversation press the right circle arrow to increase the volume. press the left circle arrow to lower the volume
I. Turning Off Auto Answer

To turn off the auto answer function for a specific handset, click the middle OK button, click the Settings icon, then click Telephony, then select Auto Answer to uncheck the box and turn off auto answer. 

J. Using Call Recording

To use call recording, visit the Call Recording User Guide.
*Eleven states require two-party consent: California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington. If you use this service in one of those states, it is your responsibility to train your employees to always tell the other party that they are being recorded.

K. Call Blocking

Please note, you will need to do this on all phones you wish to have this number blocked.

To block a number, there are two options:

1. Select Menu > Call History > Locate the telephone number of the caller > Options > then select Add to Blocklist.

2. Menu Settings Telephony > Blocklist > New Entry > then load the phone number you want to block and save.
