Making an outbound call

To make an outbound call, dial the telephone and press the bottom green Talk button.

Answering an incoming call

To answer an incoming call press the green Answer button.

Answering a second call on the same phone
  1. Press the green Talk button to answer the call.
  2. To hang up on the new call, press the End Call button.
Placing a caller on hold
  1. A Hold button will appear on the screen when a call is connected. Press the Hold button.
  2. That same button will change to Resume, when a caller is on hold. Press Resume, if you wish to resume the call.
Transferring a call using assisted transfer
  1. While on a call, locate the Transfer button and press it.
  2. You will hear a dial tone. Dial the extension or number destination where you wish to send the caller. The first caller will automatically be put on hold. You will have the option to transfer the new caller to someone, swap between the calls, conference the calls together, or end the call of the person you are currently speaking with.
  3. Depending on your model, it will give you one of two options: 1) Send and B-Transfer or 2) Call and B-Transfer. Depending on your what option you have, press either the Send or Call button, to run the extension of the number you dialed.
  4. Select Send, the phone will ring to the extension or number you dialed, and you can talk to that person until you are ready to transfer the call.
    If you wait and do not press either button after dialing the desired extension or number, the system will default to an assisted transfer.
  5. To transfer the call, press the Transfer button again.
Transferring a call using blind transfer
  1. While on a call, locate the Transfer button and press it.
  2. You will hear a dial tone, dial the extension or number destination where you wish to send the caller.
  3. Depending on your model, it will give you one of two options: 1) Send and B-Transfer or 2) Call and B-Transfer. Depending on your what option you have, press either the SEND or CALL button, to run the extension of the number you dialed.
  4. Choose BTransfer, and the call will be automatically sent to the desired number or extension.
Retrieving voicemail

When callers leave a voicemail message it is sent to your email as an audio file. The email will come from Premier@PremierPHONEPLUS.com, and will be labeled from “Premier’. If you do not see these files coming to your main mailbox, please check your spam folder.
*If the emails are going to your spam folder, please “allow” future emails from Premier Companies.

If you are still unable to recieve voicemails in your email inbox, please email tech@premiercompanies.com.

If the voicemail audio file in email is not playing, check to make sure the computer audio player is specified.
*Please note: if the voicemail message is blank, you will not hear an audio file.

Adjusting volume settings

Volume while talking to a caller: While in a live conversation, press the “+” sign to increase the volume of the person you are talking to or “-“ to decrease it.

Volume of the ringer when a call is coming in: While not in a live conversation press the “+” sign to increase the ringer volume, or press “-“ to decrease it.

Call Blocking

Please note, you will need to do this on all phones you wish to have this number blocked.

To block a number, there are two options:

1. Select Menu > Call History > Locate the telephone number of the caller > Options > then select Add to Blocklist.

2. Menu Settings Telephony > Blocklist > New Entry > then load the phone number you want to block and save.
